'Nevellizing your goal' is a way of saying 'Apply the technique' promoted by Neville Goddard.
He seems to be more of having a Facilitator role. Mostly adopting reference to his mentor Abdullah. I have no clue about Abdullah but have been, time - and - again, given reference to material with Neville Goddard method.
It seems like, he mostly promoted a three step process :
1. Decide upon an action that is indicative of successful achievement of desired outcome.
2. Enter into a sleepy state of awareness.
3. Continue Visualizing the action.
This three step process seems to resonate with the Law of Attraction elaboration of resonating with the (vibes of) desired outcome.
His explanation and preachings weren't non-secular.
His statement, "Consciousness is the only reality" has an interesting depth, though.
